| I just finished my first 800 miles on my 2 week old Crossbow. WOW what a difference over my 1800 trike. My wife doesn`t feel like a grandma anymore. We needed some noise. MIDWEST MOTORSPORTS took great care of us by recommending the Stage One package. I had to get used to the V twin but watch me now! The ride, the handling, the performance is awesome. Sure wish I had done this sooner. Know anyone who needs any Honda riding gear ? |

Posts: 599 New Mexico | I"m not in the trike market (have never even ridden one), but had a few questions just for general knowledge:
Rides better? Handles better?
How is storage compared to other trikes?
Have you ridden the Harley trikes and how do they compare? |

| The Crossbow has an air shock rather than the electric shock on the GL1800 which is also adjustable. The ride seems much smoother. I have more space for my feet to be "flat" rather than on foot pegs. I can also stretch out my arms and not feel so cramped. I think the handling is better because there is no "headshake" at very low speeds, which I understand is a problem with Honda tikes. Not being an authority on triple trees or rakes, I just find the Crossbow/Vision to steer easier. In my opinion! STORAGE.....The Crossbow fails compared to Honda/with Lehman`s Monarch trike. The Crossbow has very little storage due to it`s Batman style. I have not ridden the Harley trike as I think they look like an old time ice cream cart. No style whatsoever |
