Does an exhaust tip change the note of the exhaust? I've watched videos that have been posted, specifically Gatling and Mr Wizard but its really hard to tell what the actual change in the exhaust note is. In one of the Mr Wizard videos it sounds like a turbine or jet engine starting up???
If tips actually do change the exhaust note then I am looking for a tip that provides a throatier and louder sound. I am currently running L1S1 exhaust
As always, any and all input and recommendations are greatly appreciated! |

| I heard a Vision last year at the AVR that had stock exhausts, so he said, with the Gatlin Tips drilled out and it sounded great....I am happy with my S1L1 and they are fine for these old ears...Not to loud, not to soft...JMHO |

I really like the exhaust note when you start to open up the throttle. I was looking for a little more aggressive exhaust note at idle.
Cometman...thanks for sharing your dubbing effect |

| pull your stock end caps and with a drill you can drill out the mounting plugs. Now go to hardware store ask for J nuts. Get 1/4" size and six 1/4 x 20 bolts. By the short ones. Get some lock washers. Go home slide the J nuts in place and bolt back on.
You do pick up good sound with out that black center |
