In case this happens to you.  I pull a Uni-Go trailer and have done so incident free since 2009.  This past week, I was on the Blue Ridge Parkway and all of a sudden all four blinkers (front and rear) and the dash blinker indicators came on steady and would not shut off -- even when I turned off and took key out.  Also, I had no trailer lights and no brake lights on the bike.  A little road side diagnostic showed the Trailer Isolation Relay (T7660) which I purchased with the UniGo trailer from Unigo dealer (and had professionally installed) was melted and blew the fuse.  I didn't want to start doing electrical work at 3,600 ft on BRP, so I used the Victory phone app and found nearest Vic Dealer which was Hill Top Cycle in Wytheville, VA and drove it there.  By the way the owner of the shop was fantastic and had me back on road in about 1.5 hours.  I am attempting to insert a pic so if this happens to you, you know where to start looking.

I built my trailer with LEDs specifically so I would not have to install an isolator. Maybe you could replace your trailer lights with LEDs, toss the isolator, and never have to worry about that problem recurring?

Both my trailers have LEDs for taillights. I also found that the ground off the isolator is no good. I run the positivr through the isolator, but run ground direct. Mine was gettinghot and I believe it was from the bad ground. No longer have that issue..

+1 on Hilltop Cycle. Real nice folks there.

BTW, where did you get the LED tail lights for your trailers? I'd like to switch from standard bulbs to LED.

I had a similar experience several years ago with my Bushtech, on the Goldwing.
My Brake light on the trailer was always lit. Spent the whole vacation that way.
I discovered the relay for the brake was burnt on. I bought a relay off ebay and
cut just the brake wire off the inline relay Bushtech had installed, and got everything
working again. I was paranoid driving around knowing no one could tell when I was
braking.
