Virginia Beach, VA | So I have to put this out as it is something I feel everyone should know. I bought a backrest from Utopia. It is beautiful. Fits the bike nice (2011 Victory Vision) and looks like it was made for it. So anyways, my old lady doesn't fit with the backrest on. Doesn't leave much room for her legs. So Bob at Utopia, offered to refund my money, minus shipping and handling of course or send me a quick release bracket and if I like it and want to keep it, pay him then. Wow. Who provides a service like that anymore? Just wanted to put that out there...if you need a backrest, this is the place to go. |
