| my longest ride yet from wellford sc to roostown ohio...day 1; I got 50 mi. from home and got a flat tire on rear. after all my disappointment, I was thankful it wasnt 250! had my wife pick me up and took m/c to shop. shop was busy and took all day to get m/c back with a new tire.waited til next morn.
day 2; It was a great ride, stopped at 1/2 tank and at fill up. when I stopped to pay toll on I-77 in w.vir. one of my upper deflectors was gone [you might want to check for loose screws] I was impressed with the vision and the comfort. met some nice folks along the way, and as usual, the vision was main topic. after a day of visiting, I was excited about 600 mile trip back. I packed food and drinks so I could stop at rest areas. cant wait to do it again! |
