| old used hacksaw blade. Nothing with hight rpm I'm thinking. I'm even thinking a wood burning hobby tool.
Lots of tape.

Posts: 238 SF Bay Area | I used a band saw with a fine blade, after laying out the exact lines on masking tape. I sanded the edge with a small block of wood using 400 grit. |

Posts: 466 Grand Cane, LA | I used a coping saw with a stiff blade. As long as you take it slow, you'll do just fine. The rubber grommets will hide a good bit so it doesn't have to be perfectly smooth. |

Huh?! As far as I know the factory backrest is bike specific, how would Harley have the rubber trim pieces?
