| Well the time in my life has finally forced me to sell my wonderful bike. After 2 1/2 to 3 years and 35k + I had to find a trike. We got a wing trike w Roadsmith kit and so far it's been great. Sure is differant than riding a bike, learning to drive a trike . It's not hard but just differant,at least I still feel the wind in my face ,enjoying the roads and the great places to eat ! The vision is the best bike I've ever had,and it'll be hard to find anything better,so I'll just be content and enjoy riding 3 whgeels instead of 2.I've also learned alot from this fourm and the people who will help anyone with anything they can reguardless of the type of bike they have. Thanks !!!

| Any reason why you didn't try the Vision cross-bow trike? |

Posts: 573 Central Illinois | Enjoy your new ride. Some day I may also need to revert to a trike, but at a mere 65 years I am not even close to that yet. Enjoy what you are capable of doing and forget the rest of us. It is all about enjoying your ride, at least in my mind.

| Well to answer the question as to why not the crossbow. Well I looked into it and the cost was about 15,500. Which is alot more than I could afford for one thing, the other was I didn't like the "trunk space " on the crossbow. Looked to me it wasn't as big as the two saddle bags storage that I had, also from what I could find the space was really kinda of chopped up and weird in comparison to the VV . So far the wing is just as fast ,but for me I do miss the comfort of the Vision. But at least I'm still riding , and this forum is the best one for any problem,or information for a Vision that I've seen. Yes I like I said I do miss the Vision! Thanks for all the help that I've gotten on here, and I check in some more.Ya take care !! |

| No cool hand luke ,I was quoted 15500 to trike my vision. That included ,paiting ,installing the trike kit. Not sure if a rake kit was included.Oh that included shipping to and from Lehman factory. If I would have done this I would have had over 36 k invested in an 09. To me that was a very high price for a trike that I didn't like the looks of. |

| I agree with you repeatuser, the crossbow has almost no storage. I didn't word my earlier post very well. I was curious if you had looked at the crossbow. My bad. I looked at a cross country like yesterday. That think had plenty of storage space. |
