Street Eagle, I would really like your opinion about your 16" flip windshield. It seems, because of the angle the VV windshield rakes back, that none of the non-flip windshields keep heavy rain from pelting me hard in the face. Does the flip remedy that?

Yeah, I was going to use the formula in the thread but decided not to Circumference = pi X R squared...lol
So far I really like the flip for the amount of wind it deflects over the stock. I haven't riden it in the rain yet though. I am heading to VT this weekend and there is a chance for rain on my way back on Sunday. I will put up a post as soon as I ride in the rain. One thing with the 16" flip. I'm 5'6" and when sitting fully upright I am looking through the distortion. If I'm back in the seat and just cruising its fine. I just need to adjust my line of sight accordingly. Next time I would probably go with a 17" though. |
