| I'd like to use an external speaker microphone with my Vision CB when I wear a helmet without a headset. What I have in mind is something like this used with police portable radios.

There are a couple of approaches I can take to accomplish this.
First and easiest would be if the Vision connector is the same as used on for example, a motorola or cobra CB. I know many manufacturers use model specific connectors so it will be a challenge to know which would match.
Alternately, if I knew the connector pin-out, I could buy a connector and wire it myself.
Any resources, experience with this or insight would be greatly appreciated.
