Because you didn't ask for something they have the ability to provide. A dyno chart is the result of putting your bike on a dynamometer and running the engine through a series of power cycles to determine various qualities about what the motor is doing. It is exactly what it says, a chart, or graph, typically handed to you on a piece of paper. The primary result given on the resultant "dyno chart" is the power output, in torque and horse power. With gas sensors, you can also determine various emissions outputs of the motor as well.

I think what you should have asked for is a fuel map for your PCV, based on the configuration of your engine (cams, exhaust, intake, etc). They have a handful of "canned" fuel maps available on the website for download. However, it is doubtful that they will get you close to where you need to be. If you have a Dynojet certified dynamometer shop do your dyno runs, they can create a fuel map specific to your bike. Or, better yet, for about the same money as a single dyno session, you could just by the Dynojet Autotune module that plugs into the PCV. It automatically adjusts your fuel map for you as you ride.

So, as you can see, if you asked them for a dyno chart, they would have to have run your bike on a dynamometer to produce the output to place on the chart, in graph form. Not really what I think you wanted.
