I was riding there to get a pair of heated outer gloves. It was 34 deg and it started raining. My gloves were getting wet. Wet and cold is miserable. Got stuck in traffic and arrived 5 mins after closing. Door was locked. Two cars pulled up and asked if I needed help. Two guys got out of the cars and gladly let me in. I found exactly what I needed. Good thing because the wind had picked up to 30mph. My wet gloves would have been horrible for my 45 min ride home. Thanks Falcone.

When I needed tires changed I called a closer dealer and asked what the price was to change tires if I brought the wheels in. They asked what brand of bike. When I told them Victory they said, "We only work on (insert brand here)". I explained again that I had the wheels off and would bring them in. They didn't have to work on them, the machine would do all the work. "Sorry, we only work on (insert brand here)". I found myself at Falcone getting my tires changed. The guys at Falcone said they don't care what bike the wheels came off of. They even did it while I waited. Ended up buying $400 of other stuff I didn't intend on buying. That other shop would have gotten that money because they carry the same stuff I bought at Falcone.

When I first got my Vision I had a couple of small issues. Same issues I read about on this forum...dead cruise control button, leaky gas cap, and something else I can't remember. They didn't ask any questions. They just replaced the parts with a smile.

Every visit to this dealer has been great. I have several other dealers much closer to my house I can get non-Victory specific goods from. Falcone simply treats me better, so I find myself going the extra distance to do business with them. You Victory owners in Indy got it made with this dealer.

Never been there but they're close enough I had planned on visiting them this summer anyway. Glad to know they're ok.

Closer is definitely not always better. The nearest Vic dealer is about 5 miles away. I was convinced to buy from them as others said it was important to work with local business. I disagreed then and definitely disagree now. As a Vic dealer, the flat suck. Maybe they do better with their main brand (Yamaha) but I sort of doubt it. Next bike (some year...maybe) will NOT come from them. There are plenty of other dealers with good reps within an hour or 3 and Bairs is only about 5 hours away.

I bought my 2012 CCT from Falcone. Awesome guys, and they have always treated me right. As soon as I walk in, they are asking how I'm liking it, and how my trips have been. All of them are riders - on the Vic side, I think they all ride Vics. I know Mike is the president of the local Victory Riders Group, and I know Gene was on a 2012 Ness. Even the girl who works the desk back in Service rides.

They hosted a Demo Ride last summer, and according to Gene they're doing it again this year. He brought in a good band and had some great bbq. Also brought in some stunt riders. These guys make me glad I am local to them.

Glad to hear they take care of people! I have been there a few times to get some Vic stuff. It they don't carry much and if I have to order it I might as well order it from home and have it delivered. I service most of my own stuff but it's nice to know if I need help they are there. Just wish the dealers would carry more but maybe some day.
