| I put the Victory performance air cleaner, Loydz top filter and Power Commander V on my all stock '13 Vision with 1.4K miles. Saw a 15% increase in HP and torque.
Top filter is a bit louder around 70 and accelerating but it sure runs nice. And no popping.
