Stock tire is 180/60-16 Meaning the tire width is 180mm and the aspect ratio is 60% therefore the tire height is 60% of 180 or 108mm, and the rim diameter it 16 inches. You want to run a 200/60-16 So width is 200mm, height is 120mm (200 X 60%) and same rim diameter. The difference is your proposed tire is 20 mm wider and 12 mm higher. Put in terms of inches that mean your tire width 0.787 inches wider and .0472 inches taller. SO about 3/4 inch wider and just less than 1/2 in taller.
Will it fit? Prolly. The question is .........why? NO, it's just a rhetorical question. I really don't want an answer. The only way to know for sure the tire will fit is to mount it and see. Good Luck
