Posts: 639 Tri Cities, WA | Hi all. Need some help from you smart folks out there.
I need to know ( I dont have a 12 XCT service manual) what the bolt size is for the two mounting holes for the fork protectors. There the two holes right next to where your front fender mounts to on the back side. The stock cheapo plastic one broke off while cleaning it and i have set of black metal replacements but no mounting bolts. I just need to know the size if any of you have already done this replacement.
Also if anyone knows where to get a 12 Cross Country Tour service manual online to download for free (PDF version) please send me the link. I got my 08 vision service manual this way and was hoping someone copied and put it up online for free?
Thank you in advance for any help. |

| According to my 2012 service manual it looks like the protectors just clip on to the inner fork tube and is slid against the axle housing.
Manual does not show any bolts into the protectors. See attached page.
