Pretty sure the $12k in adds is overinflated retail. Perhaps he is adding his own labor into the mix.
Don't think the filter, exhaust and PC5 is going to kick the HP or TQ numbers that high. So basically he perhaps has a high dyno sheet, which is super easy to get.
The miles isn't much to worry about. As long as it hasn't been over revved a lot then this motor has many miles left in it.
Bike looks pretty nice, has lots of nice dressing.
But overall I think the B.I.N price of $13.5K is fairly strong, pretty much a dealer retail floor price. Be a sweet deal closer to $10-$11k but much over $11.8k is probably a bit much. Get your financing in order and toss a $10k CASH offer on the table and see what happens.
