What the heck is this thing? I see it has a KP front end, a Vision seat or maybe a Cross bike seat, I see a cast swing arm....

Sand Rock, AL United States | I stopped the show (so I guess it's a show stopper haha) on that bike! I studied it for a few minutes and could not figure it out! I think it's cool ! Whatever it is , it took a lot of work and a creative person.
