Posts: 8144 New Bohemia, VA | Double post joke: Drunken Biker
One night, a police officer was stalking out a particularly rowdy biker bar for possible violations of the driving-under-the-influence laws. At closing time, he saw one of the bikers stumble out of the bar, trip on the curb, try his keys on five different bikes before he found his. Then, sat on the bike fumbling around several minutes, looking as if he might pass out right there. Everyone left the bar and rode off. Finally, he started his engine and began to pull away. The police officer was waiting for him. He stopped the biker, read him his rights and administered the Breathalyzer test. The results showed a reading of 0.0. The puzzled officer demanded to know how that could be. The biker replied, "Tonight, I'm the Designated Decoy." (not that I drink, I just thought this was a good one when I saw it. Ride safe and sober)

Posts: 3204 Memphis | I like it! The beveled edges on the "V" and drop shadow on the lettering really give it the 3-D look. Would stand out on any color shirt. Nice, updated tie-in with the new Vic logo and it will make my shirts with the first generation logo even more priceless! |

I do like the current version, but your update is interesting and there is something to be said for using wings which look more like the Victory logo. Please consider trying a version with the banner moved up over the 'V' so that it mimics the cheese wedge. Personally I like yellow/gold wings, but silver works well.
While it's not a logo I've attached an image showing the embroidery on a shirt I recently ordered. Since it is in denim and temps have been insanely high it is just hanging in the closet, but I'm sure I'll get some good use out of it.

Posts: 154 Danbury, Connecticut | Shouldn't that be the vision co-pilot logo while the pilot has horns. You did a great job with the design, like I'd by it for my girl, but lacks some testosterone for me personally-not that I'm a skull-grim reaper fan. I'd like to see a little attitude in it. |

Posts: 340 Regina Saskatchewan Canada | Isn't a pilot designated by wings? This is my first attempt at new Vision pilot logo based on Victory's new logo. I will consider everyone's input and continue to work on it.

Yes. Please don't take my comment as a knock, I just see angels wings-pretty-feminine. You asked for our thoughts-this is mine. I like it-for a woman, I'd just rather see something a bit more robust for guys. |

Sorry, but I really don't like the wings.
Jim
I would prefer a simpler look without the wings like how Victory took them off their logo. I think the Victory logo is much cleaner looking and pronounced without the extra clutter that was in the old design. I would love to have a Vision Pilot logo like Crawford's design minus the wings. |

Posts: 100 Hudson, Ohio | Nice adjustment.....I think if you make the V a tad bigger. Put an outline around the banner and make the shadow under the Vision logo just a tad lighter, you got a winner. The shadow in it's current state makes the Vision lettering look blurry.
Nice job. |
