After traveling 2700 miles on a trip one thing I noticed on my Vision is the center console is silver and on a sunny day, it about blinds me. What have others done to correct this?

Except for the pax grab rails, all the pewter colored stuff was removed and painted gloss black when my bike was the service managers shop demo (I also wound up with about $3500.00 in catalog dress up stuff for zero extra bux.

That was the first thing I had "fixed" on Black Cherry. I pulled the console myself and had it powder coated flat black. Cost = $40 and worth every penny IMHO

I wear polarized sunglasses. But, now, sometimes I see blue streaks in my windshield.

That's one of the main reasons I went with a Cee Bailey's shield

same problem, I corrected by ordering the blacked out console from the Vision 8 ball version and installed it.  I also got the blacked out Bezel because that was causing glare also.  If you replace bezel and console with 8 ball blacked out versions, you'll be fine.  I tried painting it but I did a horrible job and it didn't look good.

I have always disliked the the reflection of the brushed aluminum centre console in the windshield, especially when the sun was behind me. Just this week I finally took it to a paint shop and had it powder coated flat back. Went on a long ride yesterday with the sun at my back for much of the ride...I am very happy with the results. I also think it looks better painted black but that was far less important to me than fixing the reflection problem.

I quess we don't get much sun here in Michigan as I have not noticed this as a problem on my 2011 Silver/Black Vision...I always wear sun glasses so maybe I have eliminated the issue to a point....JMHO
