Posts: 880 Orlando, FL | While we are quick to complain about the bad dealers, let's remember the good ones. I was reading "Did my own oil change" in the Vision Discussion section, and I was reminded of a recent experience that deserves applause.
I'd like to applaud the service manager at Kissimmee Mowersports in Kissimmee, FL
Recently, I was having minor clutch issues, and while riding I stopped at Kissimmee Mowersports thinking I'd ask them to check my cable and clutch pull.
I walked in and spoke to the service manager explaining my issue and that I was headed out on a trip in 2 days to the Tail of the Dragon. I was hoping for but did not really expect any immediate help. He immediately came and looked at the bike, lubed my clutch in the appropriate places and said, that should fix it, but if not bring it back when you come home and we'll give it a better look. And there was NO CHARGE!!
He took the time to make me a very happy customer. Now it's time to return the favor and say.......
THANKS KISSIMMEE POWERSPORTS!!
It would be nice if there was a place we could reference dealers that fellow riders recommend. How about it Jedi Jeff? Any thoughts?

| I agree with you, I do however believe Polaris should do a better job of policing their dealers. |

I'm thinking there are a couple of stinkers out there. |

Posts: 447 Cleveland, GA | Max Motorsports in Pelham, AL (just outside Birmingham) is totally AWESOME! They have always taken great care of me and my Vision. They have gone out of their way to accomodate me at short notice and have been the best dealership I have ever dealt with by far. I now live about 200 miles away from them, but still bring my bike to them for anything needed on it, because I believe in supporting them - even though there are several dealers much closer to me now. I can't say enough about how great they treat me. |

Always went to bat for me - quite successfully - with Vic on several issues. Plus just great all around service. One of their mechanics spent 30 minutes on the phone with a shop in San Francisco troubleshooting a problem I had while on vacation. |

| Don't go to Smokin Joes motorsports in Caledonia Mi. Joe is a real dick. South west Mi. has zero for GOOD dealerships, the good one Devries Sales, they went out of business in march. I guess it doesn't pay to treat your customers good. |

Thanks, I'm heading there on Tuesday to get a headlight bulb changed.
That's one service I'd rather pay for than do myself. |

Subject: Update on broken belt during my snake bitten Alaska ride

Quick update on the broken drive belt I had on my Alaska trip that was snake bitten due to a broken damn on the Alcan that washed out the highway for 6 days and a broken drive belt that was only 3 weeks old, both keeping the bikes parked for 11 days of a 25 day trip.
Anyway, I wanted to give a update and credit where credit is due. Josh and Nicholas at Freedom Powersports in Kennesaw, Ga went above and beyond trying to make things right by me. The broken belt ripped off the gravel guard and cost me another 625.00 to have a new belt installed in Kallispell, MT. After trying to see if Victory would cover this issue and learning that they wouldn't, Freedom powersports decided to reimburse me for the belt they installed 3 days prior to my trip and to order and install the broken gravel guard at no charge.
Wanted to relay a good thing about my trip that went all wrong and the way the Dealer made things right by me.
ride safe

Posts: 16 Sydney - AUSTRALIA | Well here is one from Down Under.
Victory Sydney are the best motorcycle dealer that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in my 37 year of riding. From the day I decided the buy my XCT till now and no doubt well into the future they have been great in every way, the purchase of the bike, the purchase of accessories and the after sales service. Tell me when you put your bike in for work do you get a "loner" to ride while they work on your bike. Victory Sydney does. My old HD dealer never did and sometimes my bike was there for days on end waiting for parts to come into the country and all that time I was on Shank's Pony (Ozzie saying for walking as Shanks never had a pony).
Complements to Victory Sydney and keep doing what you are doing.
