I may have missed this, but whats the story on the lowers? Some come with chrome brackets, others black.

Pretty sure Vic only sells them in black, Danny.
Any chrome you've seen would be chromed by the individual owner.

If I'm wrong I'd like to know cause I want chrome ones, ha

Here are 'CLEAR' with CHROME mounting. I think that SOLID color lowers make the bike look FAT - and ruins the lines of the bike. IMHO

He's asking about the mounting brackets and not the lower deflectors themselves.
I've seen pics of the mounting brackets in chrome somewhere and assumed the owner had them done locally or through a vendor, not from Victory.

Your mounting brackets look black to me in that pic, Don. Am I missing something?

Anyway Danny, I've gone from guessing to most positive that if you buy the kit from Victory, the brackets themselves will be black only and so far there's no aftermarket vendor that makes the brackets. CycleOps USA does make replacement deflectors in Aluminum for any color bike and also in chrome.

Don - isn't the PC term nowadays for FAT = ROBUST or PORTLY?.... You might wonder how I know this... LOL!!

Do they really have to be that big? It would look better if they were half the size in width.
Any body got a picture of black ones on a black bike?

LOL, the screws look chrome in that picture, but the mounting brackets themselves still look black, but I believe you
