I am making a vision widget, price 20k. Its 2x3 inch aluminum, price break down..... aluminum stock $5.00, rent for shop 1k per month, tools to make it 10k (I got a deal), truck to pick up the material 10k (I got it used), electric bill for shop, tool lights $200.00 per month, time to cut the widget (10 min) I am cheap $5.00, time to finish widget 1hour $40.00 (again I am cheap), gas to transport widget to charmer, gas to pick up widget($10.00), price for packing the widget $10.00, cost to transport widget to shipping$10.00. I know I forgot some things, but I will cover the rest. After looking at the numbers, I need to sell an associated load to be a success, but i am willing to take the risk, if its too much for you, and you can make it cheaper let me know, and it has to be made in the USA.

Ok, I am back on my meds lol, charmed was to be chromer, but the smart phone fixed it for me. Anyway, I am a smart ass, I was pissed from a different thread, about a someone bitching about making money off members for parts made. My post was trying to get a point across, that it takes a lot more than raw materials, to make something.

Justin, I just got back from Arizona and put your Widget on my bike. They look great and work well. They are a better deal than what Arizona Victory has to offer. The powder coat matches my bike perfectly. Thanks Mike Gulf

Sounds like a lot of you stay up late at night, Debit card in hand watching those 'buy this useless crap' 30 minute infommercials, I'll switch channels away from HISTORY 2 to get away from their propensity to run 5 minute mini infomercials for some sort of 'miracle' software program in the middle of something I'm watching.
Makes me wonder how many of you have QVC programmed into 'favorites' on your remotes

By being a better deal, I can assume you mean financially less expensive. "Better" is better left to individual interpretation. There are some of us who gladly pay the extra $$$ for the product that Arizona has developed, and once mounted, appears as a factory OEM widget. Though I do respect and appreciate the effort involved by those making widgets for our Visions, and truly no offense to anyone making them, there are some that no matter how much cheaper, I simply could not put on my bike from a visual standpoint. YMMV and "my bike, my choice" for everyone. Now back to your regularly sheduled, QVC programming!! Ride On!

If you'd lower your price to $200 then I'll take 5 of them. My math ain't too good, but it seems like a fair price to me.
