Is anyone running the Bridgestone battle ax on the front of there vision. I was talking with a Goldwing guy and they are getting 25,000 + miles out of a front tire.

I think he's lieing to you. I have never owned a bike where I had more then 18 thousand out of the front. The front is the one tire I never want to go flat on me.

I can't get that many miles out of my front tire either. I do have a friend of mine who rides a 2001 GW with E-3's, and swears he gets 20k out of a set. He rides mostly two up and rides aggressively.

I get at least 20,000 on my front E3, and sometimes push it up to 23,000. I might start changing them out when I change the rear though, just to get that new bike feel.

I consistantly get 1 front to 2 rears. Replaced my second rear 2 years ago in june with my rear. I am in need of a new rear however front is like new yet. Going darkside on the rear this time, and next summer the front will be ready to change out.

I have 8000 miles on mine and it still looks like new. I believe that 20,000 miles would not be an issue.
