Posts: 133 New Castle Delaware | I picked up my Vision last Friday at Lloydz and it was worth the wait. I dropped it off the first week of March with a lifter noise and another noise I wasn't sure of. Lloyd changed the intake rocker assembly but the second noise was still there so he pulled the front cylinder, result piston scored. He then felt he should remove the rear jug and that piston was also scored. So new piston, rings etc, pretty much everything, He also did a valve job since it was torn down and I told him to add the cams and new power commander V. He emailed me last Tuesday after the Dyno run 120 HP and 120Ft# Torque. I must say it kicks some major ass! As Lloyd said he wanted to make sure it was right before he gave it back to me. It is.

Posts: 133 New Castle Delaware | Last September I was guilty of jumping on the bike starting it up and pulling out like a bat out of hell with no warmup. Since that time I had the lifter noise for sure. Lloyd said that didn't help but he said that it could have been a not so great factory valve setting and that there was alot of carbon buildup. He asked if I noticed using oil but I didn't really because I do change it every 2500 mi. Lloyd was great at keeping me informed about what was going on, just glad to get her back in time for Americade in a couple weeks. |

Posts: 324 New Orleans, La, | I agree bikerdave4,it was well worth the wait especially since all of the work was done by the master Lloyd himself. I noticed that your awesome dyno sheet the engine RPM went all the way up to 6000. Did you have Lloyd do his magic to the computer also or is that just the PC-5? Also did Lloyd replace the pistons with factory compression ratio pistons or one of his pistons? The reason I'm asking I am planning a similar build but to get numbers that reflect yours I'm thinking I'll need to change pistons. |

the 6000 rpm he said was with the PC-5 and the pistons I believe are factory because he said he had to find them at one of his dealers because he didn't have them in stock. |

| This sounds like a good in between upgrade from stock to the 116ci $5k engine upgate that he has |
