Just sharing about rolling up I-95 to work this morning. A H-D Ultra, with an old-school looking rider, came cruising up along side me on the inside lane.  I was in the far outside lane on a 3-lane stretch and as I was giving him the wave he kept pace and honked. I looked over and he was giving me the thumbs-up and said "looks good". He keeps pace for about a mile, honks again, gives me the thumbs up and away he goes. While he was keeping pace, no cars came up the middle even though it was open, and I was doing the speed limit, 60mph. We had a long line of cars wanting to push through but didn't. Thought this was worth sharing with the group.

Victory appeals to all groups, and that is a good thing. (o:

I get a lot of motorist that like to just hang back in the passing lane and just stare.
This gets even stranger when they pull up next to me mouths wide open and
thumbs way up. This is one Far Out ride.

Savannah, GA -Year round riding!! Yay!
I ride about 20 miles down I-95 to work every day, GA exits 109-90 (if I don't have time to take the scenic back roads). There's a lot of "passing through" traffic from up north to FL. This is kinda interesting. How many other Vision Riders live near, and ride on I-95 regularly? We're all just separated by *a few miles* of asphalt.....

I was heading home from work last week heading north out of West Palm Beach on 95, I live 45 miles north. I look to my left and a Cadillac with an older couple is passing me and the lady in the passenger seat is taking pictures of the Vision as they pass. What other bike has non-bikers taking pictures of it? This is a pretty cool bike.

Las Vegas, Nevada USA baby!
Here in SoNev I have had autos coming up in the fast lane on freeways and then not pass, just hang back for a bit sudden like. They were surely keeping pace with me after being ready to pass. Instead they sloww downn anddd loooook. I get a few thumbs up and smiles and grins, gotta love the grins! :-)
I ride the Las Vegas strip occasionally for kicks, and I've had locals, cabbies, tourists, and everything roll down their windows to ask questions, take pics, nod, give thumbs up etc.!

Here is what I encountered last week. I was heading off to the final days of my dealership The late vtwins-101 when a car pulls up along side at an innersection and asks "Is that a HD". Well I told him no and that its a Victory! He smiled and I rumbled away. Two lights later as I am sitting waiting for the green he storms out of the car and comes running up to me and asks the same question with all sorts of entusiasim. I told him the www and by that time the light was green, Caused a bit of commotion during rush hour traffic...
Kinda freaky but also made me feel good.
