Wrench size to take out Front axle

Subject: Wrench size to take out Front axle

I am trying to remove the front wheel so I can get a tire change. Can someone tell me the size of the Hex wrench needed to take out the front axle?

It does not say in the manual. The largest I have found @ Sears & Harbor Freight is 17mm. I'm not sure if that is big enough to fit
