| I have the Ness..... it works well. A friend just got the Lloydz 2nd gen intake plate. Very similar in design... The Ness is quieter than the 1st gen Lloydz, but I think that the new 2nd gen Lloydz may be a tad quieter than the Ness filter now. I would go with Lloydz, but you can't lose either way. |

| I use the original plate from Lloyd. It makes a little noise at idle, reminds me of cowl induction.

Posts: 215 W'ford Tx | I have a Ness and no complaints. I don't think there's any real difference. The dealership where I bought it from was having a customer appreciation day so I got it at a good discount. Can't loose either way. |

Posts: 74 Republic of Texas | I have a Ness on my VV. It is in for service. The dealer ordered a new filter from Ness, it looks like it was wet in the package upon arrival -- 2 weeks AGO. We are still waiting on a filter. No such replacement from K&N.
Just say'n you might want to check out the parts supply on either one. |
