| I have just ordered 2 front mounts and back rest for my 2010 Vision 8 Ball and am hoping to use the second for the rear of the seat. I am having the seat taken apart anyway to add the heating elements. The upholstry shop is ready for the challenge. Has anyone tried experimenting with this? I realize that there is a different angle for the passenger slide in back rest on the leather seat and am hoping to adjust the rear mount so that it is the right angle to accept the front seat back rest.
I am going through this whole process to keep the look and feel of the 8 ball. I do realize that it would be easier to just use one of the factory option seats, but neither has both the options that I want.
Any feedback would be welcomed.

| This is exactly what I'm trying to do as well! I don't like drilling holes in the trunk cover ruining it.
Please take plenty of pictures and get part numbers so we can duplicate what you are doing. My bike is a 8-ball lookalike. I have a 2011 ness seat with no hole in the back for the passenger. On a 08 Vision black of course!
Thanks for spear heading this project !!! |
