I have a buddy that put the black iso's on his 8-ball. I don't know the number of the ones he ordered but will ask him to post what he is using tomorrow for your info.

I put the Black Iso's on my 8ball. Part No. 6345. They are not heated of course. I was not concerned with that and really like them. Attached is a photo of the girps on my bike. Let me know if you have any questions, and I will try my best to answer.

You have to buy harley ones and leave your weighted ends off. You want grips for "cables" harley went to electric throttle in 09 I believe

The Black Iso's on my 8ball are NOT Harley grips. See the address below for the Kuryakyn Site stating that the 6345 is for all Victory Models Except Vision. The reason that it states Except Vision is because they are not heated as I stated in my post above. All Victory Motorcycles have 1" diameter handlebars stock. I have the Ness 2" forward bars and they are also 1" diameter.

By the way, Kuryakyn also offers the Grip End Weights in Black if you would like to add them. I have not and have not had a reason to, but the link is below.

Hope this helps.

Sorry to tell you the grips not fitting has nothing to do with being heated.  The grips don't fit cause of our silver weighted ends. If you leave them off all harley grips fit and work just fine

This might be a good time to ask, what are the weights ends for?

From what I was told, to help with vibration in the handlebars. However, on my bike, with the vision specific grips from kuryakyn, I do not have a problem.

You are Killing Me not telling me. They fit. I have them on my bike now. The one's listed for the Vision. The one's that I have linked in my post. The same one's that I personally talked to the Techs at Kuryakyn to make sure would fit before I purchased them. I do not know any other way to say this. I have the Black Kuryakyn Grips Listed on the Kuryakyn site for the Vison on my 2010 Victory Vision 8-ball. I also listed that if the bar end weights were an absolute for someone that they too can be purchased for the black Kuryakyn grips and added.

OP. I am at a loss. Take it for what it is worth. I have them on my bike now. NO issues to show to date. If you have any specific questions, please let me know and I will try my best to answer them.

They look great and our bikes have a similar build. Now I know exactly how they would look. Are they the same OD or a little larger? How about comfort? Be good for long trips?

So John is there a black lever out there to match?? i am converting a Vision std. 08 to an 8 ball clone so i need to black out the controls and switch housing one each bar as well. thinking i'll have them painted with powder coated bars but need very durable levers, both brake and clutch in Black.
any ideas?? for reasonably priced components???

TIA

Hey Mississippi, good to see you here~! I have the Kuryakan Grips too. Same ones you have but I went with Chrome. They fit perfectly and you do not need end weights. However, I added the spike end weights casue they just look hot! LOL

They have a larger OD for sure. That was the main reason that I purchased them. I have big hands though. In the glove dept, I wear an XXL motorcycle glove, and the grips are very comfortable to me. As far as long trips, I do not see where the would not be very comfortable. Also, I did not get the Victory Cruise Control put on my 8-Ball. Instead, I went with a Throttle Lock which is a Mechanical Cruise Control. For long trips, a Cruise Control of somekind IMO is a must. So, so far, so good. I like the Iso's much better than the stockers.

The Iso's OD I think is the same no matter what kind of bike they are on. You could go to any motorcycle store, and I am sure they will have a pair of Iso's that you could put your hands around.

Hey MadMax. How Goes it!!! Can you chime in here and give rebelce your opinion of the Iso's.

I love my ISO's. I have had them on most of my previous bikes. They all seem to be the same OD, regardless of the make of the bike they are fitted for. ANd they are much more comfortable than the stock grips from any bike maker. The Visions grips just sucked IMHO. I had cruise control added to my Vision 8 BAll and the grips make no difference. I have normal sized hands and wear a large glove. I will say that after having my skinny, hard stock grips for 8 months, the ISO's felt a bit big, but the comfort level was much better. I jumped on my neighbor's Kawi with ISO's to feel the OD and they felt the same. After a few days the bigger diameter feeling disappeared and I love 'em~

Mississippi, things are great here. I think of you every time I crank up my tunes!
