Posts: 576 , IA | Cranks fine so i guess i need to pull plugs so what size socket do i need? Do i need a special tool to get plug boots off? This stinks plugs might have 10000 on them. Stored bike same as i do every winter. Boo hooo

Posts: 8144 New Bohemia, VA | Standard plug socket. I use long needle nose pliers and a piece of a half hose on the jug fin and use that to leverage an easy pull off. |

Posts: 576 , IA | thanks i got it started by doing something i never did before. i turned the throtle while it was turning over. i was always under the impression u where not supposeto do that. |

| Do you have a PC-V, VFC, or other fuel controller on it?
If you have a PC-V, make sure that you calibrate the throttle in the power commander. Also, many of the PC maps come preset way too rich in the idle areas.
If you have a VFC or Bigshot, you may have too much fuel in your green setting.
If no fuel controller, dunno what to tell ya.

| When you take bike out for first time you have to prim the fuel pump and fuel rail.
Turn key on listen for fuel pump. Then shut it off do it again and then and only then push the button. |
