| Does putting more air in the rear shock raise the bikes seat height as well or just changes the dampening action?
I want to keep the seat height as low as possible for my stubs called legs. |

| Yes, its like adding spring preload which raises the rear of the bike up slightly. It has no effect on dampening.

| They have lowering links available to drop the bike down if you need . You can also install the 8-ball seat that is 1" lower than the stock seat.

| Shock air pressure won't make any appreciable height difference. |

Shock air pressure won't make any appreciable height difference.
1 1/2" is a little more than appreciable (yes I measured it).
If you run it at 20#, and you should get about 1/2 -3/4" less than the stock 40#. Just don't run it lower than 20# - depending on your weight. If you put more than 300# on the bike at 20# it will feel real mushy and make the front end wander all over the place. |

| If air pressure did the trick for you, enjoy it. |

Good to know! Someone suggested that I try letting the air out of the tires to help with my height problem! LOL
No seriously.....I will see what mine is set at. I could use all the help I can get. Thanks for the info. |
