Transmission issue

timmag Posted 2012-02-11 8:52 PM (#107508) Subject: Transmission issue New user Posts: 1 Got a question I have 2011 vision 8 ball. This doesn't happen all the time but a little concerned. When coming to a light I put it neutral when I go and drop in 1st gear it clunks like it goes in gear but it doesn't so I have to hit it one more time and it goes into gear. It may be that you just need to get use to the bike. Sit in the driveway and run it from 1st to neutral, and then back in 1st a few times just to make sure. If it a problem, get it to the dealer so they can check it. 2011 was the first year that Victory went with the new set-up and then made the 100,000 mile claim. All I can say with my '08, I'm in big trouble...
