Puddle Jumper
Posts: 34 Robins AFB, GA | I guess this makes me a terrifically unobservant motorcyclist, but after ahaving the Vision for a year, I finally noticed that my left side bag's door is way out of alignment. Big gap/overlap on the front edge by the seat. I think it escaped my attention becuase it looks fine from the back, one of the best visual views of this bike IMHO. The bag door hinges are not slotted for adjusting.
Was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what corrective action can be taken - brought it to the delaer yesterday and he says it's the worst he's seen, but he's scratching his head and doesn't seem to know what to do about it. Thanks. |

| the back side of the top part of the hing has boss's and there to big you have to grind them so the hing doesn't hit the back side of the inner bag.
Might have to do front an back. The way to tell is look for marks that the bolts will leave behind the hinges
