Looking for ideas for mounting a GPS on the dash of the Vision. I am not sold on putting it behind the key or in the mirror bolt with a RAM mount.
Please share where you have mounted yours and why. |

Posts: 337 san antonio, tx | I have mine mounted with the suction cup mount behind the key. Well over 7000 miles with it like that without any issues. I usually pull the mount off when I'm cleaning or dusting the bike, then re-attach it.
It's been at speed in temps ranging from 25F to 109F. Low humidity to pouring rain. I like it there because it's easy to see and operate while riding.
Also, to me it just looks like that's where it belongs. |

It is a Garmin 765t and I love it! It is attached via double sided tape/sticker. At first I just used the suction but then got concerned about loosing it at high speed. So I removed the rubber sucker and put the base directly on the panel via the double sided tape. ZERO issues. |
