I just received Lloydz new intake plate/ filter. I will install this week end. I there any trick to popping of the instrument bezel?

Northern Tool makes a nylon molding pry bar set. About 5 bucks. Works great on bikes. Just slide it behind the bezel and pry it off.

I used plastic bicycle tire levers the first few times. Now I just pinch the center and pull, no tool really needed.

the manual recommends a couple plastic windshield removal tools so I'd guess a plastic putty knife would be fine as all you're doing is pushing in on a couple plastic barbs.

It is not hard to remove... just grab it and pull. I remove mine all the time. It is just mounted with a couple of clip ins.

the new air filter is NOT the same thing as the tunable intake for $199

That's almost the same as the AN one in my Vision. Still, I would go with Lloyd's 'cause he's the best! (Bought my Vision with the AN in it already.)
