Fountain Inn, SC United States | I really like what they've done. It's a melding of the Highball and Cross Roads plus classic touches like pinstriped rims and body. Now you can take that tough custom look on a real road trip!

Posts: 3773 Pittsburgh, PA | when i bought my 2011 vision victory offered a discount, i paid $19699 for a full loaded vision.. no way in hell i would never spend $700 less and get that bike.. the difference of trunk, fairing, radio , electric windshield and heated seats . I think the price of that bike will make people go to harley if for no other reason, just to look.... since your already into the Harley price arena.. im not saying a harley is better.. but most people dont care if they see a Big fancy HD dealership soaked in accessories and clothing and then the new 2012 Hd's are coming with 103 motors it closes any gap with who is "better". all of my hd shops around me are like shop malls.. millions of dollars in bikes, accessories and clothing all in stock... plus a place for you to even hang out and eat lunch if you wanted.. luckly im wise enough to not fall for all of that, but that average new rider is not.. that want that warm and fuzzy feeling of belonging to something "Cool" .... so to price that bike that high is giving people directions to their local harley dealership if for no other reason, just to look and then it becomes a WOW factor when they enter an HD dealership compared to a polaris/victory dealer where most of them around here have a ratio of 3-1 more atvs than motorcycles. and maybe 10 accessories on their wall... |

Posts: 2300 Georgia, west of Atlanta | Seems they are taking a play from Harley's pricing book. Harley sells way more StreetGlides than ElectraGide Classics FOR more or the same money and with the StreetGlide you don't get a tourpack or the running lights ( About $2500 worth of stuff seperately ) So I guess Victory can make it work too and sell this blacked out stripped model for the same or close to the price of a CR or CC and you don't get the fairing or radio, alot of people will bite though, probabaly sell a bunch............. |

Posts: 2300 Georgia, west of Atlanta | One good point to Victory: They are trying new models and they can always drop em if they don't sell.........Now lets see a small sporting type V-twin with a 116 incher in it.......................Roland Sands could help out............ |
