| After 15,000 miles I decided to do a stage one performance upgrade.Victory S1L2 pipes. Power commander v.Ness twin intake kit. Install took 3 hours.First drive impression...I'm shocked that the pipes are so quiet.they weigh 2 pounds less each saving a total of 4 pounds, but sound like the stock pipes to me.Drivability in all ranges has smoothed out, most noticed in low speed riding is better not as jerky, upper end performance is excellent..boy it really goes.I might have lost some low end torque...dont really know for sure...I'm sure I do like the improved drivability.

| I am curious as to why you feel the pipes are so quiet...I have the S1L1 pipes and Victory kit on my Vision and they are way louder than stock...I have heard a couple bikes with S1L2 and they were too loud for my tastes......Extra power is nice to have I suppose, but mine is fast enough for me...Good Luck |

Posts: 188 Tifton, GA | I added the Ness twin sucker kit, then Thrush muffler mod when installing a reverse kit. You need to have a ECM reflash when adding reverse to a 2011 Vision, so I decided to get the Stage 1 too. My fuel mileage dropped some before I had the Stage 1 upgrade. The Stage 1 restored my mileage and added a nice power boost. She picked the front tire off the road the other evening when I downshifted from 2nd to 1st and cranked it wide open. I was not expecting that, but managed it OK. Stage 1 is worth the money for me. |

I thought Opas was just passing comment on his thoughts, as for good luck not sure about parts of the US but here saying good luck is much the same as saying Kind regards, not that you will need good luck more a case of have good luck or be lucky - keep it sunny side up. |

I have turbo boost on my Vision and this afternoon I topped off the tank to the max and lit the wick for 1/2 mile only and the tank was dry. Had to use the spare container to get me to the station for a fill up. Don't need no stinking stage stuff when I have the boost. Can't go far but man when a rush for 4 seconds.

Well I can see the picture when I hit the edit button but no show when I hit submit. Yes the picture was uploaded.
