It's about a year old but gives a nice look at Victory's strategy for the Australian market. The case study was prepared by Monash University.

good rea....zzzzzz....d. Some of the points made, such as advertising, clears the air on how Victory operates. I like that they said "Victory is a premuim product" or something to that affect.

I always wanted to ship Anny there and ride the complete coast. Sure it's about the size of the U.S. of A. but that's part of the fun.

Go Victory!

Thanks for the posting.
Very informative, and I wish more USA dealerships would interact positively with their customers like mine does.

One thing I found interesting is that they mention units shipped which Victory always refuses to quote.

"Sales of motorcycles have risen 4.2 percent annually over the five years to 2010 to 125,614 units, while industry revenue grew by 3.7 percent annually over the same period to $3.6 billion (IBISWorld, 2010)."

Not sure if the 125,614 is a 5-yr cumulative or for the year 2010.
