Posts: 3204 Memphis | For you guys who are fairly new to the Vision world, here's the deal with the stickers. I have a printer who has the Pilot and CoPilot designs on file. When they first came out, I ran an order of 250 each of Pilot and CoPilot stickers. I threw a post up on the forum offering a free set of stickers to anyone who sent me their address, no charge. The response was overwhelmingly positive and encouraging. The initial run lasted just a couple of months. Eventually, there was a new swelling of interest in how to get these limited edition stickers and eventually one of our members here, Breaker, offered to distribute them for free if I could tell him how to place another order. I decided to pay for the order myself and have them sent to his house for distribution. His batch has now run dry. I will make this offer again for anyone who wants to step up and be the Santa Claus. All it will cost you is time, envelopes and stamps. This is all about positive karma. The stickers will be 100% free to anyone who asks, until they are gone. Here is what they look like (the black ovals): http://www.vision-riders.com/bb/photos/photo-thumbnails.asp?albumid=69&Page=3&sortdir=desc If you guys want apparel with the Vision Pilot/CoPilot logos on them, go here: http://www.autumnriders.com/ You will have to step through a bunch of dropdown menus but it is really nice, custom embroidered stuff. If you want to be the good-will distributor for another round of stickers, contact me through a PM or email at azwarren@hotmail.com. |

Posts: 3204 Memphis | victoryvisiontour (Jeff Carter) has graciously offered to be the new distributor. I will order a new run of 250 of each style tomorrow. I'll send Jeff 100 of each for an initial run. Once those get handed out, we'll give someone else a chance to be the distributor for the next 100 so we can spread the wealth around a bit. The final batch will be 50 last chance sets. We'll get the word out whenever Jeff has his batch in hand and is ready to farm them out. Breaker and victoryvisiontour totally get the spirit of this whole thing. Thanks guys. |

So please count me in and let me know. I still have one co-pilot sticker so if anyone needs that please let me know and will mail it out. Cheers. |

I'm happy that I could be a part of this Tom. And thank you once again for the printing.
We have some wonderful people on the board. I received great joy from popping those babies in the mail and imagining the smile it would (hopefully) bring to someone's face.
In the scheme of things it's a small gesture. Yet, I think we can all agree that even a small gesture of goodwill is much welcomed these days.
Thanks victoryvisiontour for running with the ball.

I do not have the stickers yet nor do I have an ETA. So please hold your requests for now. As I receive updates I will post here. When I get them in my hands I will post here again and let you know the best way to send me your mailing address.
I am curious were most people are placing them? Helmet? On the bike? Back of your smart phone? ??? |

Posts: 3204 Memphis | Quick update on the stickers. The day I said I would order a new batch of stickers, the fuel pump went out on one of my cars. The very next day, (all of this over last weekend) the downstairs furnace went out in the house. Long story short, I just dropped $2500 on unforseen expenses so the the stickers have been put on the back burner until my checkbook recovers. Hopefully I can placed the order sometime this month but don't be surprised if it is not until mid-January. I hate to say that but am just keeping your expectations realistic. I'll post here as soon as I have an update. In the meantime, you guys can PM or email victoryvisiontour so that he can have his addresses all organized when they do finally arrive. BrianG emailed me and has already volunteered to distribute the second batch of 100 sets. Many thanks to both guys! Everybody chill for a few weeks and touch base with victoryvisiontour for what you will want. Thanks for your patience. |

Posts: 3204 Memphis | I have had several guys PM me and offer to help out with the cost of the stickers. I am really humbled by the gestures and if I thought I needed the help, I would use it. The only reason I updated this thread with was to take the pressure off of Jeff (victoryvisiontour) and get everybody to take a deep breath. It felt like it was getting a little ramped up. My plan is to place the order a week from Monday (the 12th), barring unforseen circumstances. Hopefully we can get some stickers sent out before Christmas. To you guys who have offered to help out, I genuinely appreciate it. The positive karma is overwhelming. I was not real comfortable with posting the reason for the delay but thought it would be better than something vague that just kept stringing guys along. This is my way of giving back to the Vision community and I feel strongly about doing it. Thanks guys. |

Posts: 3204 Memphis | The stickers should be available by next week. They have been sitting on my kitchen counter, unopened from the printer for a week. I had 12 people over for the holiday weekend and just got my wife and youngest daughter packed up and flown off to Nairobi, Kenya to visit our oldest daughter (a teacher there) for a couple of weeks.
I just finished sorting and mailing 100 sets of stickers to Jeff Carter (victoryvisiontour) this morning and he will be mailing them to you guys that have sent him your addresses. Once Jeff runs out, I have also sent another batch to Danny B who has stepped up and offerred to mail out the next batch. Jeff will advise when he has run out of stickers and Danny will run with it from there.
Thanks for the patience guys. HUGE thanks to Jeff and Danny. This has been pretty crazy. |

I know mail is a slow boat but I guess with the extreme cold we're getting the boat got frozen in for a couple of weeks!!
