Posts: 562 SC, Bluffton | Trell, I think only autorized Victory dealerships can do this. My Vision is running like crap, and has been for over 1\2 year. I no longer have a local dealership, and some on the forums think I have an air-idle control valve issue of some sorts that a dealership can flash and fix just like that. One of these days, one of these days.
I don't read much about the Vision CAN bus system. I think that is the electrical cannection inside of the compartment were the rear shock's air vavle is? I assume this is what they plug into the computer for the ECM?

Posts: 3773 Pittsburgh, PA | the ECU reflash is by using Victory's digital wrench hardware/software. this can Not be done by a customer. and to be honest i think the ecu fuel map flashes are $hit anyways. i know because i had a s1l1 reflash on my 2008 vision and it barely did anything. if anything it ran worse.. then the service manager at the victory shop i went to told me that all the victory fuel maps have to meet EPA REGS which means they are going to be LEAN !! so even if they let a little more fuel in, they are still lean.. my vision(s) didnt start to run real good until i installed my power commander 5 ... i will No longer play with those Epa approved victory fuel maps. |
