Posts: 164 Quad Cities, IL | I saw the coolest sidecar this week while riding the backroads near Anamosa, IA. It was in route, and hugging a curve...YES, hugging a curve, the bike AND sidecar in a pretty good lean! Never seen anything like it. It definitely caught my attention. I almost turned around to catch up with the guy but didn't.
I think it was a BMW bike, not sure. So I went searching the Web and found this...FLEXIT leaner sidecar http://www.bmwmotorcycletech.info/flexit.htm .
If I were to consider a side car it would be this one. Pretty cool.

South Mississippi | I tried to go to their web site. It appears as though they are out of business. I'm like you, I would have one. To ride in one of those must be like disney land!! |

Very interesting product. |

Posts: 307 Columbia, SC | You know, for the price of sidecars in general, you'd probably be better off finding a used sidecar and then just finding a shop to custom fabricate brackets for whatever bike you want. And the leaning concept looks like it can be accomplished with not too much extra engineering.
