I hope they can come up with something better. |

Posts: 324 New Orleans, La, | I doubt if Polaris makes any changes in the look in the forseeable future. I 'm betting on them slowly transforming the air cooled push rod V twin into an air/oil cooled, modern push rod OHV, ie roller twin or triple cam, roller rockers, ect, with possibly the cylinders displayed alla S&S x-wedge engine to improve thevalve geometry and straightenout the air/fuel path through the engine. I also foresee Victory type quality control to improve fit and finish like retro looking fork legs with state of the art internals, cutting age frame geometry and material but preserving the retro look as much as possible. Heck we may see, hopefully in my lifetime, a modern version of a street going boardwalk racer or dirt/flat track racer. Just saying. |

| One thing that is interesting is that for the first time Indian is offering a #1K discount on a bike. The Nighthawk. See their website...http://www.indianmotorcycle.com/ |

Posts: 3204 Memphis | Here's a link for varyder to start stocking up on stuff until he can afford the bike. http://www.indianmotorcycle.com/index.php?submenu=Collectibles&src=directory&view=store&category=Gifts_Collectibles Good incentives if you can find an '09 - MSRP on a Deluxe is $32,000 so could get it for $26K. Just sayin.... http://www.indianmotorcycle.com/index.php?submenu=Sales_Incentives&src=gendocs&ref=Sales%20Incentives&category=Motorcycles

| I would like to see Polaris lower the MSRP across board on all standard models and have one or two models that are special limited high price items. The price is just too high for your average person.I mean $25,000 for a base model, come on Polaris wake up!! |
