tHIS WHAT i JUST FOUND ON LLOYDZ WEBSITE:

Ideally every motor combination would require a specifically tuned intake system in order to make the most of the combination. We give you some of those options with our new Adjustable intake. This new intake has inserts that can be changed to suit the motor size and combination of parts being used. The benefit is that you can change the way you want your power and in some cases where you want it.

As an example, we can install a reduced venturi insert for stock to VM1 Cammed 106 motors that will increase throttle response, fuel efficiency and add more useable power at lower RPM?s. This Venturi reduces from 46mm to 41mm in size and has a maximum rating of 112 Horsepower. For 116 kits we offer a straight 46mm combined with the VM1HP cams and proper exhaust you?ll see an across the board power increase of up to 8 ft lbs of torque.

'08-up Vision, HOH-AIS $199.00

Probally too soon to ask, but will someone post their experience when product if available is purchased n installed

Go to the website and see what it is we are talking about, another first class piece from Lloydz. By the time you buy the material and machine this all up and know the quality is second to none this is a bargin. Nice job Lloyd. I am going to wait until I replacle the 08 before I start modifying another bike. Mine is fine for now.Maybe by that time Lloyd will have broke into the 150 hp class for the street without NOS.

I was the first one to have it installed in the Vision...Bri at that time told me that Lloyd had a new performance part he was working on and she asked me if I wanted Lloyd to try the new part as an experiment on my bike.. and I said ok lets go for it!!!.. If its going to increase the performance of my Bike I'm in!!.!..

Lloyd wasn't even sure what he was going to name it when he installed it in my Vision.....Since he installed it I've have no issues with it!..

I highly endorse the Adjustable Intake System, it works great for me... and I recommend anyone considering it to call Lloyd for more information on it.. because the different configurations that could be complimented with it..

JoeC, Are you using the smaller of the two intake tubes? What are your HP and torque numbers at 3K?

I don't recall what size the two intake tubes were... I could call Lloyd and ask him and let you know if you want..

I'm looking at my dyno sheet now.. and it reads: X=3.3 and above it was 115.08hp and 109.97 torque

Then just below it was another run where it read at X=3.3 around the same spot: 73.36hp and 70.10 torque..

I don't know anything about dynos and why such a difference..

By the way... it was hot that day... I think I might of did better on the dyno if it was cooler out!

My guess is that this was supposed to be a comparo between the two dyno runs at 3300rpm, one before and one after the adjustable intake . Before was 70.10hp/109.97tq at 3300rpm, and after was 73.36hp/115.08tq at 3300rpm. That's the way I'm interpreting what you posted anyway...

I would be interested in seeing the differences at 2k, 2.5k, and 5k rpms as well! Can you post the dyno sheet?

Installed mine yesterday. It took considerably longer than the 1 hour estimate on the install sheet. Maybe for someone like Lloyd, but not for the average guy. It's a bitch getting out the Victory intake adapter, but finally had an epiphany there though, and got it out, machined the center divider, and ended up having to smash my Ness top filter about 1/2" for clearance. I *think* it is stronger below 5k as evidenced by Joe's dyno sheet above, but I have never dyno'd this bike, so I have no idea if my feel is real.

I have the 08 VV without cams, just Lloydz adjustable intake plate, Lloydz AIC valve, Lloydz top filter and Lloydz fuel programmer. Decent numbers with 92 hp and 108 ft/lbs torque. Kyle of KMC powersports did mine at Daytona this year. I'm happy, but since then I've added the D&D exhaust I want the cams to complement it. Me want MORE power! I guess it is an addiction now. But it handles much better at low speeds due to better throttle response (no surging) and I change gears much less often when riding in the mountains now. Highly recommend these products!

Installed my 41mm AIS a couple of weeks ago, along with the new VIF - found that the foam had disintegrated in my three year old original style VIP. Took the time to properly clean the throttle bodies and the inside of the air chamber in the bike frame, and closely inspect the rubber to metal area of the throttle body adapter plate (mine is still fine at 50K). Had to grind down the center divider on the top throttle body adapter in order for the VIF to fit. The bike does feel a little stronger in the lower RPMs, but it also seems to feel like it is weaker at the upper RPMs. And the bike seems to be running about 10deg hotter than it used to. Last weekend, decided to go ahead and change out my VFC-III for my PCV w/AutoTune - and let it self-adjust back to optimum conditions (see my separate post for those details).
