It was a nice crisp morning this morning, high 30s. Took about a 50 mile joy ride out through the hills. How nice.

And I think the bike enjoyed it more than I. Sure does sound and feel good at the low temperatures. Had a couple pops on acceleration at first until the computer readjusted from the 75 degrees last time I had it out a couple days ago. After that it sounded great and ran great. No sun so the roads stayed cool. Tire pressure started a 41 and only went to 42, so the ride was a tad smoother than usual.

Ya gotta take life's great moments when you can get them.

good reason there's such a huge aftermarket for cold air intake systems.
keep enjoying those moments!

Couldn't agree more, rode a couple hundred miles on Sunday in the mountains of NH. The bike certainly loves the cold air, huge difference in performance and sound, as you said.
